ADT® Water Leak Detection Program for State Farm® Customers

ADT relationship coming to Michigan

State Farm and ADT are working together to reimagine the homeownership experience and possibly help customers prevent and detect losses due to water, fire, or intrusion. Starting Oct. 7, eligible State Farm non-tenant homeowner customers in Michigan will have access to an ADT water leak monitoring system at no charge. Interested customers will also have the option to upgrade to include ADT home security products and services at a significantly reduced price.

My name is James Fedewa, and I am the proud owner of the State Farm agency located at 24409 Eureka Rd in Taylor, MI. I earned the privilege of becoming a State Farm Agent in October of 2020. I use the word “earned” intentionally, because this is not a business you can simply buy. It requires dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others protect what matters most. Owning a business is something I always envisioned growing up, and today I cannot imagine doing anything else. Being a State Farm Agent has given me the opportunity to create a stable life for my loved ones while serving the community I care deeply about. I take pride in helping individuals and families manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and prepare for the future. State Farm continues to work with people and in communities, and I am thankful to be part of a company that supports growth at every level. I am a southeast Michigan native. I am married to my beautiful wife, and together we are raising our four children. Being a husband and father reinforces why I believe so strongly in the importance of protecting families and looking ahead. Our office has been fortunate to receive several awards and recognitions over the years, including being 1 of 192 out of more than 14,000 agents to achieve AAA status for three consecutive years. Additional honors include the Championship Award, Topper Club recognition across multiple years, the Cornerstone Award and Diamond Club for all lines production, and the Blue Vase Award for life production. These achievements reflect our ongoing commitment to serving customers with care and consistency.
